About the role
We are seeking an Administrator - Payroll to join our Global Business Services team in Manila. This role is responsible for providing payroll administration support across the relevant region, ensuring payroll records, timekeeping activities, employee data, and payroll-related processes are managed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
This opportunity is ideal for an individual looking to build or expand their payroll administration experience within a global organisation while supporting a high-performing payroll team.
What you will be doing
- Maintain and manage employee records related to payroll administration.
- Support time and attendance administration activities.
- Manage and resolve payroll and timekeeping enquiries through ServiceNow.
- Provide payroll administrative support to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Assist with employee separations, exit pay processing, and issuance of required exit documentation.
- Support payroll reporting requirements, including regular and ad hoc reporting.
- Act as a backup to the Payroll Officer as required.
- Ensure compliance with payroll policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
What you will bring
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll administration, payroll operations, HR administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll policies, procedures, Enterprise Agreements, and relevant legislation within the supported region.
- Experience working with payroll or HRIS systems; exposure to SuccessFactors or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize workloads, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle payroll-related enquiries professionally and effectively.
- High level of numeracy and commitment to delivering accurate and compliant payroll support.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work closely with payroll specialists and contribute to broader team objectives.
- Flexibility to support ad hoc activities and continuously improve payroll administration processes.
