About the Role
We are seeking a Growth & Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead Organika’s customer acquisition strategy across paid media and emerging growth channels. This role will be responsible for driving profitable new customer growth by managing our paid media agency, setting acquisition strategy, guiding creative testing, overseeing media investment, and ensuring paid marketing efforts are directly connected to Organika’s broader DTC growth goals.
This role sits at the center of our digital growth engine, working closely with our Lifecycle & Retention Manager, e-commerce team, creative partners, and agency teams to ensure the customer journey is connected from first impression to purchase and beyond. This role will own the strategy, performance accountability, budget planning, reporting, and business decision-making behind paid acquisition.
The ideal candidate is a strong strategic operator who understands performance marketing and how paid platforms work. They are analytical, commercially minded, creative, and comfortable challenging agency recommendations to ensure our media investments are working as hard as possible. They know how to connect campaign results to business outcomes, customer behaviour, creative insights, product priorities, and revenue growth.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring Organika’s acquisition engine is efficient, scalable, and aligned to our ambition of materially growing DTC revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquisition Strategy
- Own customer acquisition strategy across paid media and emerging growth channels.
- Partner with the agency to develop full-funnel plans that support DTC revenue, product launches, promotions, and category growth.
- Evaluate channel mix and recommend investment by platform, audience, campaign, and growth opportunity.
- Agency Leadership & Performance Accountability
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with Organika’s paid media agency.
- Hold partners accountable for performance, reporting quality, testing, pacing, and strategic recommendations.
- Lead regular performance conversations and translate agency outputs into clear internal decisions.
- Budget Management & Forecasting
- Own paid media budget planning, pacing, and investment recommendations.
- Connect media spend to revenue, new customer acquisition, CAC, MER, ROAS, and payback goals.
- Recommend budget increases, reductions, or reallocations based on performance and priorities.
- Creative Testing & Growth Insights
- Build and manage a creative testing roadmap with agency and creative partners.
- Brief creative based on customer insights, performance data, product priorities, and campaign goals.
- Share creative and performance learnings to improve paid media, lifecycle, site, and broader marketing activity.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Own weekly and monthly reporting on paid acquisition performance.
- Track key metrics including new customers, revenue, CAC, MER, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, payback, and channel performance.
- Turn data into actionable recommendations and identify risks or opportunities early.
- Cross-Channel Collaboration
- Partner with lifecycle, e-commerce, creative, brand, innovation, CX, and sales teams to align acquisition activity with the full customer journey.
- Ensure landing pages, offers, PDPs, bundles, and site experiences support paid media objectives.
- Bring paid media learnings back to the broader organization to improve customer communications across channels.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in in growth, acquisition, performance, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, media investment, channel strategy, creative testing, and performance measurement.
- Hands-on familiarity with Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, affiliate, paid social, paid search, GA4, Shopify analytics, dashboards, UTMs, pixels, and conversion tracking.
- Strong grasp of CAC, MER, ROAS, new customer revenue, conversion rate, AOV, LTV, and payback.
- Analytical, commercially minded, and able to turn data into clear recommendations.
- Confident communicator who can manage agencies, challenge recommendations, and work cross-functionally.
- Experience with DTC, Shopify, CPG, wellness, beauty, food, beverage, or consumer brands preferred.
