Your mission
Bridge current operations with future standardized processes and drive efficiency improvements.
Translate business needs into clear project roadmaps with defined priorities.
Lead transformation and harmonization initiatives (incl. SAP) across multiple functions.
Deliver impactful improvement projects on time, within scope and budget.
Manage cross‑functional teams, governance, risks and stakeholders.
Support data‑driven decisions through KPIs, dashboards and performance tracking.
You’re a great fit if you have
Master’s/Diploma in Business, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Engineering or similar.
English B2+
German C1 - mandatory
Availability to work on‑site in Germany.
