Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group), a leading engineering company specializing in safety-critical systems for aerospace and defence, is seeking a Program Management Support professional to support Airbus Helicopters in Germany, contributing to NH90 maintenance, upgrade, and contract management activities.

What you will do
Support program and contract management activities for NH90 helicopter maintenance programs.
Monitor costs, risks, opportunities, claims, and project performance.
Manage customer requests, issues, and contractual deviations through established tracking processes.
Analyze KPIs, prepare reports, and follow up on improvement actions.
Coordinate and support complex helicopter upgrade activities with cross-functional teams.
Contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals and customer offers.
What we’re looking for:
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience in program management, contract management, or project support, preferably in aerospace or defense.
Knowledge of cost controlling, risk management, and performance reporting.
Experience working with customers, contracts, and claims management processes.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a complex technical environment.
B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
B1/B2 German Level – desirable.
