Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Product Designer Engineers to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

📍 Locations include Manching and other sites across the country.

What you will do

• Analyze existing business processes in the Services perimeter to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for digital optimization

• Map current processes and design future-state workflows to align with digitalization goals

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable design features

• Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support the adoption of digital solutions

• Collaborate with departments of Digital and Data Readiness Center to ensure smooth implementation of new technologies

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field

• Relevant hands-on experience in process improvement, digitalization, process mapping, workflow analysis, change management, digital transformation initiatives

• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
