Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Operational Excellence Manager (Lean Transformation) to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

📍 Locations include Finkenwerder and other sites across the country.

What you will do

• Lead Lean Improvement Projects and drive continuous process optimization

• Facilitate workshops and coordinate key stakeholders

• Analyze processes, identify waste and implement efficiency improvements

• Develop implementation roadmaps and support business case evaluations

• Create and maintain process, manufacturing and quality documentation

• Deliver training and coaching on Lean methods and best practices

• Ensure compliance with Lean standards and drive continuous development of tools and methodologies

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Informatics or a related field

• Relevant hands-on experience in Project Management

• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.

• B1/B2 German Level – mandatory.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
