Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for MRO Production Engineers to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Wunstorf, Germany.

What you will do

• Support aircraft maintenance, repair and production activities (MRO environment)

• Analyse and review system issues detected during manufacturing or maintenance processes

• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis in aircraft systems

• Support system integration and validation activities in production and maintenance environments

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and operational procedures

• Coordinate with manufacturing, maintenance, engineering and supply chain teams

• Analyse operational data and report technical issues, including error tracking and resolution follow-up

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical engineering or related field

• Relevant hands-on experience in MRO, airworthiness, or design support roles within the aerospace industry.

• Experience or knowledge of A400M.

• C1 English Level – mandatory.

• C1 German Level – will be a plus.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
