Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) , a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Manufacturing Engineers to join our on‑site teams in Germany, working directly on Airbus cabin assembly and industrialization projects.

What you will do

• Optimize cabin assembly and manufacturing processes across multiple plants.

• Define production concepts, tools, and implementation procedures.

• Translate engineering specifications into production documentation and work orders.

• Support production teams and resolve manufacturing issues with quality, design, and logistics.

• Document and analyze processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Advise design teams on manufacturability and construction documentation.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Aerospace, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

• Experience in manufacturing processes, industrialization, production engineering or similar roles

• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing environments (Airbus experience is a strong plus)

• Strong problem‑solving mindset and familiarity with continuous improvement / lean manufacturing

• C1 English (mandatory)

• German C1 (a plus)

• Applicants must hold EU citizenship.
