Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Junior Avionics Engineers – Ground & Flight Test to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

📍 Locations include Manching, Donauwörth, Ulm and other sites across the country.

What you will do
  • Preparation of avionics ground and flight test activities (incl. Flight Test Programs)

  • Execution of on-aircraft ground tests and real-time flight test monitoring

  • Test data analysis and reporting of results/deviations

  • Development of analysis tools/software and definition of requirements

  • Cross-functional collaboration with design, development and test teams

What we’re looking for:
  • Degree in Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field

  • Relevant hands-on experience in avionics testing and data analysis

  • B2/C1 English Level – mandatory

  • B1/B2 German Level – mandatory

  • Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country
