Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for HR Business Partners to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.
📍 Locations include Langenhagen and other sites across the country.

What you will do
Strategic HR Business Partnering: Advise managers on workforce planning, recruitment, talent development and succession planning, ensuring compliance with labor agreements and employment legislation.
Employee Relations: Lead development, performance, transfer and disciplinary discussions, fostering a constructive and people-focused work environment.
Change Management: Support organizational transformations and drive the implementation of HR initiatives and personnel measures.
HR Expertise & Governance: Manage job evaluations, provide guidance on HR policies and employment matters, and represent HR-related measures before works councils and employee representatives.
What we’re looking for:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant hands-on experience in HR management and employee relations
B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
B1/B2 German Level – mandatory.
Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
