Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Flight Test Engineers to join our on‑site teams in airbus projects in Germany.
📍 Locations include Manching, Donauwörth, Finkenwerder and other sites across the country.

What you will do:
Prepare and execute avionics ground and flight tests, including test programs and procedures.
Monitor and analyze on‑aircraft test data, reporting results and deviations.
Support the development and optimization of test data analysis tools.
Collaborate closely with design, development and test teams across Airbus Defence and Space.
What we’re looking for:
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related field.
Experience with FPGA development and design tools (any tech background is welcome!)
English B2+ / German knowledge is a strong plus
Motivation to grow in flight test instrumentation and safety‑critical environments
