Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Commercial Offer Manager Governmental Sales Germany to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

📍 Location: Donauworth and Bavaria area.

What you will do

• Preparation of offers, in particular responsibility for the commercial part

• Determination of prices and conditions of offers and price lists

• Determination of calculation guidelines / surcharge factors

• Conducting contract negotiations

• Contact person for the German military customer (Contract Department BAAINBw)

• Support of the programs/finance department in contract execution and contract changes

• Planning and reporting of incoming orders

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Law, or a related field.

• Experience in Commercial Offer Management, Bid Management, Contract Management, or Commercial Project Management.

• Background in government, defence, or complex industrial environments.

• Experience preparing commercial proposals and supporting contract negotiations.

• Understanding of pricing, cost calculations, commercial reporting, and contract execution.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.

• B1/B2 German Level – mandatory.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
