Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Civil Engineers to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

What you will do
Plan, coordinate, and support construction and infrastructure projects at the Airbus Augsburg site
Contribute to site expansion, refurbishment, and modernization activities
Coordinate internal departments, external suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders
Monitor project progress, timelines, costs, and quality
Support technical assessments and the preparation and review of construction documentation
Ensure compliance with relevant technical, quality, and safety requirements
Support projects from the planning phase through implementation and final acceptance
Identify project risks and support the implementation of appropriate mitigation measures
What we’re looking for:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable technical field
Professional experience in construction, infrastructure, project management, or technical site development.
Good understanding of project management, scheduling, budgeting, and quality requirements
Experience coordinating construction projects and external contractors is highly desirable
B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
B1/B2 German Level – desirable.
Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
