Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Business Controller – Operations & Quality to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.
📍 Locations include Manching, Hamburg, Bremen, Ulm, Donauwörth, Immenstaad and other sites across the country.

What you will do
Strategic finance co‑pilot supporting planning, forecasting and decision-making
Development of financial models, business cases and performance analysis
Monitoring financial results, deviations and optimization opportunities
Ensuring compliance, financial processes and cost control
Driving financial awareness across the business
What we’re looking for:
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Economics or a related field
Relevant hands-on experience in controlling, finance, SAP-FI/CO
B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
B1/B2 German Level – mandatory.
Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
