Manager Reporting Center | FP&A / Reporting / BI | Poznań
We are building something new in Poznań — a centralized Reporting Center that will become the backbone of how we deliver reporting, insights, and business data across our global organization.
This role is ideal for someone coming from FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), Reporting, Finance Operations, BI, or Controlling, who enjoys combining business understanding with data, financial reporting, and process improvement.
This is not a purely IT role — however, we are looking for someone with strong systems awareness, understanding of reporting architecture, and interest in automation, BI, and data flows across organizations, combined with solid FP&A experience.
What you’ll do:
- Build from scratch and lead a centralized reporting team delivering financial, operational, and management reporting
- Drive automation and standardization using Power BI and reporting tools
- Improve reporting governance, controls, data quality, and reporting processes
- Partner with Global Finance and business stakeholders worldwide
- Build scalable and efficient reporting operations
- Support harmonization and centralization initiatives across the organization
- Build and grow a reporting team in Poznań
What we are looking for:
- Strong experience in FP&A / Financial Planning & Analysis, Reporting, BI, Finance Operations, or Controlling
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, SAP, SQL, Oracle, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
- Understanding of reporting governance, automation, and process optimization
- Ability to combine business understanding with data and systems thinking
- Leadership experience or strong leadership potential
- Fluent English
