Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee PVC and PPR pipe extrusion lines to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production
Lead production performance, quality results, and team management aligned with company targets
Ensure process stability and drive continuous improvement initiatives (CI, Kaizen, 5S)
Monitor and manage key production KPIs such as OEE, scrap rate, overweight, downtime, and implement corrective actions
Conduct root cause analysis for process and quality issues and ensure sustainable solutions
Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, and other departments
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of machinery in line with technical standards
Lead new product, set-up, including stabilization processes
Manage workforce planning and lead shift-based production teams effectively
Promote and enforce HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) and quality standards on the shop floor
Control and optimize energy usage and production efficiency
Ensure accurate and effective use of ERP and production monitoring systems
Prepare and present clear, concise, and data-driven reports to senior management
Take decisive action, including stopping production if required, to ensure safety and quality compliance


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)

Minimum 10 years of experience in plastic pipe extrusion management (PVC & PPR required)

Strong technical expertise in extrusion processes and equipment

Advanced level of English (spoken and written)

Experience with ERP systems and production tracking tools

Strong knowledge of production KPIs and performance management
