Key Responsibilities:
•Managing and improving EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and e-commerce solutions.
•Supporting digital integrations between customers, suppliers, and internal systems.
•Driving process optimization and automation initiatives.
•Providing support to users of e-business applications and digital tools.
•Coordinating new customer and supplier digital connections.
•Supporting system upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvements.
•Ensuring high standards of data quality, process compliance, and system reliability.
•Participating in local and international digital projects, including e-invoicing and order management initiatives.
•Collaborating closely with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, IT, and external business partners.
•Helping shape and drive the digital agenda for Western Europe.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree (HBO level), preferably in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
•Experience with EDI environments, digital business processes, or e-commerce platforms.
•Experience managing or supporting complex digital projects.
•Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to work with different stakeholders across multiple functions and countries.
•Fluent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
•A continuous improvement mindset and enthusiasm for digitalization.
