Orangetheory Fitness Grandview is hiring for our front-of-house Sales Associate role. You’ll be the first impression—greeting everyone who walks in, leading studio tours, introducing the OTF concept, and helping convert interest into memberships.

Compensation & Perks

  • $15.00/hour + commission based on membership sales

  • With approximately 1 membership sale per shift, estimated earnings are about $17–$25/hour (varies by commission and shift length)

  • 15+ hours/week (part-time)

  • Free Orangetheory workouts

  • Simple IRA access

Scheduling Needs roughly 20-30 hours

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8 am - 4 pm

  • One weekend day, most (but not all) weekends. Approximate 6 hour shift between 6:30 am - 2 pm

What You’ll Do

  • Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm, warmth, and confidence

  • Manage the front desk: answering phones, responding to questions, supporting members, accurately check in clients, and handle member transactions

  • Work hand-in-hand with coaches to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout

  • Sell memberships and help the studio thrive

  • Follow up consistently with prospective clients via calls/text/email - estimate 20+ outbound calls, 40+ texts per shift.

  • Dedicate time and attention to coworker communication and business promotion roll outs

  • Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution

  • Present the Orangetheory concept to prospective members (“intros”)

  • Participate in marketing and outreach events

  • Help keep all areas of the studio clean, organized, and ready for an excellent experience
