About the role

Votre rôle en tant que Chargé de Projet consistera de piloter tout ou partie d’un projet, dans le cadre d’un processus établi pour obtenir un résultat conforme aux attendus du client.

Vos activités principales sont les suivantes

• Prendre en charge tout ou partie du pilotage d’un projet et de la coordination des moyens associés, dans le respect des délais et de la qualité.

• Veiller au respect des coûts définis dans le budget. • Animer les acteurs du projet et les soutenir sur la méthodologie et les outils projet, dans un esprit d’efficacité, de motivation et de performance.

• Suivre l’avancement du projet et en établir le Reporting régulier à destination du client / donneur d’ordres.

• Elaborer la documentation associée aux projets.

Savoir travailler avec méthode et planifier les activités.
oAssurer la mise en oeuvre d’une ou plusieurs activités de manière méthodique en hiérarchisant et ordonnançant les priorités pour atteindre les résultats escomptés.

•Travailler ensemble : Coopérer et savoir travailler en transverse.
oEtablir des relations de collaboration et de coopération aussi bien au sein de son équipe qu’au sein de l’entreprise pour une meilleure efficacité collective.
•Être orienté résultats.
oPrioriser ses actions afin d’obtenir les résultats escomptés dans le cadre de sa mission.
•Communiquer avec impact : Savoir communiquer.
oTransmettre, échanger et partager de l’information écrite, orale, digitale, de façon claire, tout en s’adaptant à ses interlocuteurs.
oFaire preuve d’assertivité, de force de conviction.
