Du übernimmst Verantwortung über den gesamten Marketing-Mix – von Content und Website über Kampagnen bis zu Design und Events. Dein Schwerpunkt: AI aktiv ins Marketing bringen und mitgestalten, wie automatisiertes Marketing bei uns funktioniert. Heute ein Whitepaper, morgen eine Landingpage, übermorgen ein automatisierter Workflow.Deine Aufgaben
- AI & Automatisierung: Content- und Bildproduktion mit AI, automatisierte Workflows und User Flows – du testest Tools und baust Prozesse, die uns schneller machen.
- Content: Blogartikel, Case Studies, Whitepaper, LinkedIn-Posts und Landingpage-Texte – klar und zielgruppengerecht.
- Website & SEO: Du pflegst und optimierst unsere Website.
- Kampagnen & Demand Gen: Social-Media- und E-Mail-Kampagnen inkl. Funnels von der Landingpage bis zur Nurture-Sequenz.
- Marketing Automation & CRM: Nurture-Flows, Listen und Lead-Management in HubSpot.
- Design & Brand: AI-gestützte Assets in Canva/Figma – konsistent und markengerecht.
- Events & PR: Support bei Branchenevents, Webinaren und Fachmedien-Präsenz.
Dein Profil
- ~2 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Marketing (Startup, Unternehmen oder Agentur)
- Echte Begeisterung für AI – du nutzt sie täglich und willst automatisiertes Marketing mitgestalten
- Sehr gutes Deutsch, gutes Englisch
- Gespür für Content und ein Auge für Design
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
