YOUR IMPACT
The Executive Assistant to the CHRO provides high-quality administrative and organizational support to the Chief Human Resources Officer. This role ensures efficient management of the CHRO's time, travel, meetings, communications, and administrative activities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining absolute confidentiality. Success in this role comes from creating a seamless operating environment that enables the CHRO and the HR Leadership team to focus on strategic leadership and business priorities.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Executive Calendar & Meeting Management
- Manage and maintain the CHRO's complex and dynamic calendar.
- Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones with internal and external stakeholders.
- Schedule executive leadership meetings, one-on-ones, recurring business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize competing requests.
- Coordinate meeting logistics including conference rooms, technology, catering, virtual meeting links, agendas, and materials.
- Monitor calendar changes and communicate updates to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Prepare and organize executive briefing materials, presentations, and supporting documentation.
Travel & Expense Management
- Arrange domestic and international travel for the CHRO.
- Coordinate flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed travel itineraries.
- Anticipate and manage travel disruptions and itinerary changes.
- Register the CHRO for conferences, leadership events, and external engagements.
- Prepare and submit expense reports and reconcile corporate credit card transactions.
- Ensure compliance with travel and expense policies while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Administrative & Leadership Support
- Manage incoming correspondence, requests, and key deliverables.
- Maintain distribution lists, contact information, and electronic filing systems.
- Provide calendar and travel support to HR Leadership Team members as needed.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, recognition events, and team activities.
- Support vendor administration, invoice processing, purchase requests, and contract routing.
Confidentiality & Relationship Management
- Handle highly sensitive employee, executive, compensation, and organizational information with absolute confidentiality.
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion in all interactions and communications.
- Act as a professional and trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong partnerships with Executive Assistants and business leaders across the organization.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 5-10 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives.
- Experience supporting CHRO or other C-suite executives preferred.
- Experience in a large, global organization preferred.
- Demonstrated experience handling confidential information.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 proficiency (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Ability to manage competing priorities and frequent interruptions.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Professional judgment and discretion.

As you move through the hiring process, we’re happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.
Salary Range: $59,430 - $97,635; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
