YOUR IMPACT
As the Sr. Director, Professional Services Sales, Americas, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth of OpenText's Professional Services business across the region. This is more than a sales leadership position. It is an opportunity to shape strategy, expand market presence, strengthen customer partnerships, and lead high-performing teams that deliver exceptional business outcomes. As a key member of the Americas Professional Services Leadership Team, you will influence the direction of the business, drive revenue growth, and ensure our services offerings align with evolving customer and company needs.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
• Lead the growth and expansion of the Professional Services business across the Americas region, driving revenue, bookings, and long-term business success.
• Develop and execute business development strategies focused on Enterprise-class customers, identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and penetrate new markets.
• Create innovative routes to market through thought leadership and deep understanding of OpenText solutions and services.
• Coach, mentor, and empower a high-performing sales organization to consistently exceed revenue and bookings objectives across both new and recurring business.
• Build trusted executive-level relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional client experience through strong partnership and engagement.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and other key stakeholder groups to mobilize the full strength of OpenText for customer success.
• Serve as a key member of the Americas Professional Services Leadership Team, helping define and execute strategies that achieve and surpass company objectives.
• Ensure Professional Services offerings remain aligned with customer requirements, market demands, and OpenText business priorities while supporting additional responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred, with willingness to travel regionally and globally as required.
• Proven experience growing and leading Professional Services organizations serving Enterprise-class customers, with a demonstrated track record of sustained revenue growth and business expansion.
• Experience building, developing, retaining, and motivating high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and results.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence, collaborate, and work effectively across all organizational levels and functions.
• Experience within the Enterprise Information Management (EIM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Process Management (BPM), Cyber Security, AI, IT Operations Management or related industries.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering service excellence and successful customer engagements through team leadership.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage metrics and operational insights to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage in meaningful business discussions with senior leaders and executives.

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we’re happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.

Salary Range: $176,500 - $264,700; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
