YOUR IMPACT
At OpenText, you'll help shape the future of digital government. As a Lead Consultant, you will partner with public sector organizations across Italy to design innovative information management solutions that improve services, modernize operations, and support large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you'll become a trusted advisor to some of the country's most important institutions.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Lead the design of enterprise-scale solutions leveraging OpenText technologies in cloud and hybrid environments.
Advise public sector customers on digital transformation strategies and best practices.
Translate business challenges into scalable, secure, and sustainable solution architectures.
Develop implementation roadmaps and support successful solution adoption.
Collaborate with customers, project teams, and technical experts to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Contribute to solution innovation, customization, and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experience working within or supporting the Italian Public Sector.
Proven success in solution architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise software implementation.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, databases, operating systems, and modern enterprise architectures.
Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to connect business objectives with technology solutions.
Native-level Italian and strong English language skills.
