About the Role

 

We're looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Working within a supportive and collaborative care environment, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care while building strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.

 

What You'll Do

 

  • Deliver safe, effective and person-centred clinical care
  • Complete resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation
  • Administer medications and monitor resident health outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families
  • Support and mentor care team members to deliver exceptional care
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives
