Directs the activities of necessary resources to ensure that all corporate and sub-corporation facilities function and operate in a safe, reliable and efficient manner while satisfying all applicable regulatory requirements. He/she will provide leadership in establishing high-quality standards for the facility operations and ensures facilities are a safe environment for patient and family centered care in accordance with the mission, vision and values of the hospital and sub corporations. Serves as the Facility Safety Officer.
QualificationsEducation/Certification
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in applicable field to include Business, Hospital Administration, or Engineering.
Preferred ASHE certification of Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM).
Experience
Five years experience in leadership and management role facilities.
