Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Lead and based at our Sydney Head Office site, you will deliver engaging marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen ARC’s brand, enhance its market presence and support national business priorities.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Deliver marketing campaigns and initiatives that strengthen ARC’s brand and market presence
- Create high-quality digital and print marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines
- Coordinate industry events, sponsorships and partnerships to increase brand awareness
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support business projects and communications initiatives
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop case studies across written, video and digital formats
- Maintain website content and ensure marketing materials remain accurate, relevant and consistent

What you will bring:
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated experience delivering marketing campaigns, social media content and brand initiatives
- Strong written communication, copywriting, proofreading and editing skills
- Graphic design capability using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign
- Experience using WordPress or similar content management systems, with strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive and creative approach, supported by excellent attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
