Make playtime the best time—while leading our team!

About the role
We’re looking for a Kids’ Club Supervisor to create a safe, clean, seriously fun space for our littlest members—while coaching an awesome team and partnering with club leadership. If you love building programs that spark imagination, keeping families smiling, and leading from the front, this is your spot.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver the Ultimate Fitness Experience to every member, every time—parents and kiddos included.
  • Keep our Kids’ Club safe, sparkling, and welcoming, always aligned with company standards.
  • Design age-appropriate activities and children’s programs that kids can’t wait to come back to.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and coach Kids’ Club team members; run quarterly trainings and meetings.
  • Build smart schedules that stay on budget; create systems for coverage and last-minute subs.
  • Track revenue, payroll, and expenses; prepare timely payroll and simple financial reports.
  • Market Kids’ Club programs and share registration details with the Front Desk team.
  • Run emergency action drills quarterly; post evacuation routes and train staff on procedures.
  • Jump in as Manager on Duty when needed; meet weekly with the General Manager.
  • Tackle member questions and feedback with proactive hospitality within 24–48 hours.
  • Support day-to-day club operations as part of the management team.

You’ll love this job if you…

  • Light up around kids (and they light up around you).
  • Are equal parts organized and creative.
  • Thrive in a fast-moving, high-energy environment.
  • Enjoy coaching others and celebrating team wins.
  • Believe safety and fun can (and should) go hand-in-hand.

What you bring

  • Excellent communication, listening, and people-leadership skills.
  • A positive, professional presence and the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Rock-solid work ethic—punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
  • Budget awareness and basic computer skills (MS Office, email, Windows).
  • Proven ability to multitask, learn fast, and keep standards high.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 6+ months of experience working with children preferred.
  • Current CPR/AED for infant, child, and adult preferred.

Benefits & Perks

  • Complimentary club membership + guest privileges
  • Discounts on training, spa services, programs, and apparel
