SMT跟线支持技术员，将负责维持上海厂SMT设备运行，日常换线，测量profile和质量问题的跟踪解决，SMT锡膏印刷，点胶质量，焊接质量，贴片质量等方面的工艺改进、夹具准备和维护，组装线点胶机调试等。
The SMT line support technician will be responsible for maintaining the operation of SMT equipment in the Shanghai factory, daily line changes, tracking and solving profile and quality issues, process improvement in SMT solder paste printing, dispensing quality, welding quality, surface mount quality, fixture preparation and maintenance, assembly line glue dispensing machine debugging, etc.

• 生产线设备和夹具的日常维护，紧急停机处理。
• 协助工程师解决SMT工艺和质量问题。
• 生产线设备及夹具5S控制。
• 根据生产线准备，维护和升级SMT程序。
• 日常换线，及时反馈和解决遇到的质量问题，防止批量问题的产生。
• 组装线点胶机调试。
• 组装线WI的维护。
• 组装线各段的质量控制。
• Daily maintenance of production line equipment and fixtures, emergency shutdown handling.
• Assist engineers in resolving SMT process and quality issues.
  5S control of production line equipment and fixtures.
  Prepare, maintain, and upgrade SMT programs according to the production line.
  Daily line replacement, timely feedback and resolution of quality issues encountered, to prevent the occurrence of batch problems.
  Debugging of assembly line dispensing machine.
  Maintenance of assembly line WI.
  Quality control of each section of the assembly line.
