What You'll Do:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, and digital outreach
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Identify and engage new potential customers within target markets
- Re-engage dormant accounts to identify new opportunities
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and projects
- Qualify opportunities and gather key project information
- Create and manage new accounts and contacts in the CRM
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and opportunity development
