(Senior) Consultant Data & AI Strategy (m/f/d)

What we look for:

• You work directly with client leaders to translate strategic business priorities into a focused portfolio of deployable Data & AI initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• You own workstreams from problem discovery and use-case prioritization through business case, roadmap, operating model, and implementation mobilization.
• You engage with business teams, domain experts, technology leaders, and end users to understand real workflows, constraints, and adoption requirements.
• You define pragmatic Data & AI strategies that connect value, data readiness, technology architecture, governance, talent, processes, and change.
• You lead workshops and executive discussions that resolve ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and create clear decisions and ownership.
• You partner with engineering, AI, data, governance, and delivery teams to ensure that strategic recommendations can be built, deployed, and scaled in practice.
• You capture lessons from implementation, support proposals, and develop reusable methods and offerings that strengthen OMMAX Data & AI Strategy capabilities.

What we require:

• You hold an excellent university degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• You have 3–6 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or data and AI-related initiatives.
• You have a strong understanding of data and AI technologies and their business applications.
• You are able to communicate complex topics in a structured and clear way.
• You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
