(Senior) AI Engineer (m/f/d)

What we look for:

• You design, build, and optimize scalable AI platforms, backend services, and engineering capabilities that enable enterprise-grade AI solutions.
• You develop reusable AI frameworks, APIs, platform components, and engineering tooling using modern software engineering best practices.
• You build and maintain AI deployment pipelines, model serving infrastructure, monitoring capabilities, and operational tooling for production environments.
• You drive engineering excellence by improving scalability, reliability, security, performance, and maintainability across AI systems.
• You collaborate closely with Forward Deployed AI Engineers to provide the technical foundations required for successful client implementations.
• You evaluate emerging AI technologies and continuously improve engineering standards, platform capabilities, and development workflows.
• You mentor engineers through technical reviews, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices.

What we require:

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• You have 3–6 years of experience in AI engineering or software development, including exposure to Generative AI.
• You have strong programming skills in languages such as Python.
• You are familiar with ML frameworks and Generative AI tools such as PyTorch, LangChain, or vector databases.
• You have experience with cloud platforms and containerisation tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
