Manager AI Delivery (m/f/d)

What we look for:

• You lead a portfolio of complex AI delivery engagements and take accountability for moving strategic AI priorities into production and measurable business value.
• You partner with client executives and operational leaders to define delivery outcomes, resolve ambiguity, and establish the governance, teams, and decisions required for successful implementation.
• You direct multidisciplinary teams across strategy, AI engineering, data, architecture, product, and change management while maintaining clear ownership of scope, quality, budget, and timeline.
• You ensure solutions are embedded into real workflows, supported by appropriate operating models, adoption measures, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
• You identify delivery risks early, remove organizational and technical blockers, and adapt implementation plans as user needs and business priorities evolve.
• You build trusted client relationships by communicating progress transparently, challenging assumptions constructively, and driving decisions with senior stakeholders.
• You develop reusable AI delivery methodologies, support proposals and commercial shaping, and mentor team members in outcome-oriented program leadership.

What we require:

• You hold a degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• You have 4–8 years of experience in managing technology, data, or AI-related projects.
• You understand the lifecycle of data and AI initiatives from concept to implementation.
• You have strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• You are highly structured and solution-oriented.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
