Director AI Governance (m/f/d)

What we look for:

• You lead enterprise AI governance transformations that enable clients to deploy AI at scale with clear accountability, proportionate controls, and sustained business value.
• You act as a trusted advisor to executives, boards, legal, risk, security, data, and technology leaders on responsible AI, regulation, operating models, and implementation priorities.
• You own complex engagements from governance strategy and maturity assessment through framework design, technical integration, rollout, training, and continuous monitoring.
• You ensure governance is embedded into real AI delivery lifecycles, platforms, procurement processes, products, and user workflows rather than treated as a standalone policy exercise.
• You guide teams in resolving trade-offs between innovation speed, risk, compliance, transparency, security, and operational practicality.
• You take accountability for client outcomes, delivery quality, commercial performance, team development, and senior stakeholder relationships.
• You build OMMAX offerings, thought leadership, partnerships, and business opportunities in AI governance and responsible enterprise AI.

What we require:

• You have 8+ years of experience in AI governance, technology risk, cybersecurity, data governance, model risk, privacy, or a closely related field, including meaningful leadership exposure.
• You understand key AI risk domains, including security, privacy, bias, explainability, third-party risk, model lifecycle controls, and human oversight.
• You have experience designing governance policies, control frameworks, and operating models for enterprise AI environments.
• You can bridge strategic, regulatory, and technical topics and turn complex governance questions into pragmatic business decisions.
• You communicate clearly with executive, legal, technical, and operational stakeholders and build trust across functions.
• You bring a structured, commercially minded, and hands-on working style.
• You are fluent in English.
