(Associate) Program Manager – AI Delivery (m/f/d)

What we look for:

• You coordinate end-to-end AI delivery programs, helping client and OMMAX teams move priority use cases from discovery and planning into implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact.
• You translate delivery objectives into clear workplans, milestones, dependencies, decision points, and ownership structures across business, data, engineering, and change workstreams.
• You work directly with client stakeholders and delivery teams to remove blockers, manage evolving requirements, and keep implementation focused on real user and business needs.
• You create transparent delivery governance through actionable status reporting, risk and issue management, and disciplined tracking of outcomes, budgets, and resources.
• You support workshops, steering meetings, and working sessions that align stakeholders and accelerate decisions across complex AI initiatives.
• You help establish repeatable delivery playbooks, templates, and operating rhythms that improve the speed and quality of AI implementation across projects.
• You contribute to proposal development and effort estimation by translating AI ambitions into realistic delivery approaches and implementation plans.

What we require:

• You hold a degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• You have 1-4 years of experience in program management, project management, PMO, or transformation delivery.
• You bring strong organizational skills and a structured approach to timelines, dependencies, and follow-up.
• You are confident preparing clear status materials, meeting notes, and stakeholder updates.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You are comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• You have a practical understanding of delivery and rollout processes.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
