Associate Consultant Change Management – AI Adoption (m/f/d)

What we look for:

• You support AI adoption initiatives that help client teams integrate new tools and workflows into their day-to-day work and generate measurable value from deployed solutions.
• You engage with end users and stakeholders to understand current processes, identify adoption barriers, and translate feedback into practical change and enablement actions.
• You contribute to stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, communication plans, training materials, and adoption measurement frameworks.
• You work alongside AI, data, product, and delivery teams to ensure that user needs and organizational realities are reflected throughout implementation.
• You support workshops, interviews, pilot sessions, and feedback loops that help teams test, refine, and scale new AI-enabled ways of working.
• You analyze qualitative and quantitative adoption data and prepare clear recommendations for client and project stakeholders.
• You contribute to reusable change assets, methods, and best practices for AI adoption while continuously building expertise in AI-enabled transformation.

What we require:

• You hold a degree in Business, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
• You have 1–2 years of experience in change, communication, or transformation support.
• You have strong written communication skills.
• You are structured and detail-oriented.
• You are comfortable working with different stakeholders.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
