This position is located in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.

Annual Salary: $34,999.65 plus full state employee benefits

Job related travel is occasional. - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Requirements at this level consist of 24 months of clerical office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Preference Statement:

Preference may be given to applicants who have a High School Diploma or equivalent.  Prefer strong communication and organizational skills.
 

Job Responsibilities:

  • This position is full-time in an office setting.
  • Serves as the Navigator at reception by assisting customers with inquiries; answering general questions; entering and retrieving client information in the computer; and uploading documents timely and accurately.
  • Demonstrates the ability to handle difficult situations with respect and courtesy
  • Serves as the EBT clerk.
  • Makes appropriate program referrals to community resources.
  • Provides a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring that inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and in a timely manner
  • Participate in individual and staff conferences.
  • Must attend all mandatory trainings associated with the position.
  • Write, present, and interpret information in a clear, concise, and organized manner.
  • Maintain compliance with Adult and Family Services business processes, policies, and standards.
  • Perform various backup duties as required.
