Machinery Department Staff Member specialising in equipment subject to mandatory inspection (m/f/d)

The position is temporary for 6 months.

Your Tasks

• Recording and documenting equipment subject to mandatory inspection
• Assigning equipment to the relevant statutory inspections in accordance with the Betriebssicherheitsverordnung (BetrSichV) and the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV)
• Selecting a certified company or a person qualified to carry out the inspection
• Booking inspections in SAP and coordinating dates internally and externally
• Efficient preparation of inspections to avoid prolonged downtime
• Monitoring, coordinating and documenting the relevant inspections
• Resolving defects and initiating necessary steps

Your Qualifications

• Completed technical vocational training, technician qualification or equivalent
• Good written and spoken German
• Safety awareness and analytical skills
• Confident handling of digital and written documentation
• Reliability, initiative, consistency, flexibility
• Solution-oriented thinking and a goal-oriented, quality- and cost-conscious approach to work
• Confident use of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
