O’Hanlon Paving, a proud member of The Fath Group, is looking for enthusiastic Asphalt Quality Control Persons to work seasonally in a full-time capacity at our various job sites. The successful candidates must be able to align with the company's core values: Commitment, Attitude and Respect.

Responsibilities:

    Asphalt Density Testing

    Asphalt Temperature testing

    Coordination with rolling team

    Maintain and perform detailed records

    Other paving crew duties as required on site

Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field (Civil Engineering Technology) is an asset

    1-2 years of experience with asphalt testing is preferred

    Prior experience with road building quality control will be an asset

    Must have proven ability to be self-motivated and be able to work with limited supervision

    Good written and verbal communication skills

    Valid Alberta driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s abstract

    Ability to work long hours/some weekends

    Strong Organization skills, detailed oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks

    Must be a team player with a positive attitude

    Proven customer service ability

Additional Information:

    Must have access to a reliable vehicle to commute to site

    Training will be provided for various activities

    We offer excellent wages and benefit eligibility after 3 months in which you may continue your benefits during the winter months (off season)
