We’re hiring dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Part-Time Evening Commercial Cleaners in Ft. Wayne. In this role, you’ll help create clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for our clients—making a real difference behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Restock supplies and keep janitorial areas organized
- Follow site-specific checklists and safety guidelines
- Work independently while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Lift and move up to 35 lbs as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Comfortable working independently
- Ability to stay active (standing, bending, lifting) throughout your shift
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Willingness to complete a background check
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
