We have an exceptional opportunity to join our Sales & Marketing Team at The Lanesborough.

Candidate Profile

Duties and responsibilities include:

· Completing all aspects of group bookings from initial enquiry, group contract, operations coordination through to final billing and follow up.

· Compile all Group recaps, coordinating with hotel departments to ensure the smooth running of groups in house

· Schedule and lead internal group meetings to provide updates to HOD’s

· Full account management and responsibility of group and MICE business.

· Researching and developing new sources of business for groups, Private Dining and leisure events.

· Conduct quarterly review of accounts and follow-up on lapsed business

· Ensure the sales B2B CRM is up to date and sales activities are recorded / blocked.
