Production Leader
About this role
As a Production Supervisor with a leadership focus, you provide line leadership and serve as the main production responsible for your line. You supervise shift leaders, ensure all workers follow valid work instructions (WIs) and regulations, and correct and enforce compliance in case of deviations. You guarantee availability of current working instructions at each workstation, lead daily production control routines, and coordinate staffing, training, and changeovers to achieve plan. Partnering cross‑functionally with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, and EHS, you uphold quality, safety, and compliance standards, deliver agreed KPIs (e.g., output, OEE, FPY, scrap, OTIF), and drive continuous improvement in stability, efficiency, and cost.
