Industrial Engineer
About this role
As an Industrial Engineer at OESL, you will be responsible for planning and managing the manufacturing capacity of the plant while ensuring customer requirements are continuously met. You will coordinate engineering changes, maintain manufacturing data in SAP, and support new product launches to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements:
- SAP: Intermediate.
- Power BI: Intermediate.
- AutoCAD: Intermediate.
- APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning): Intermediate.
- PPAP (Production Part Approval Process): Basic.
- Lean Manufacturing: Basic.
- Value Stream Mapping (VSM): Basic.
- Knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Routings.
- Experience with Engineering Changes.
- Knowledge of IMDS.
- Capacity planning and time study analysis.
