HR Service Delivery for Executives in Germany (m/w/d)

About this role
In dieser Rolle sind Sie die zentrale HR-Ansprechperson für leitende Angestellte und Executives in Deutschland und beraten Führungskräfte sowie Geschäftsleitungen in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen. Sie begleiten den gesamten Employee Life Cycle, steuern komplexe Personalmaßnahmen und sorgen für die rechtskonforme Umsetzung von HR-Prozessen. Darüber hinaus verantworten Sie die Weiterentwicklung des Fleet Managements und die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern. Die Position kann wahlweise am Standort Hannover oder Karben besetzt werden.
