About this role
Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience with Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Gemba Walks and Standard Work.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and structured problem-solving techniques.
• Project Management experience.
Experience analyzing KPIs and manufacturing performance metrics.
• Knowledge of cost reduction and productivity improvement strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• SAP knowledge is desirable.
• Power BI knowledge is desirable.
• Ability to travel when required
