We are looking for someone who has
- Has a Masters/bachelor's degree in any Engineering course. Professional license is an advantage
- With at least five (5) years technical/maintenance and operations experience in a Global Business Services setting catering oil and gas clientele is an advantage but not required.
- Have experience or exposure dealing or working with international or regional counterparts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications
- Ability to work independently but sees importance of achieving results through teamwork and collaboration.
- Structured, accurate, systematic and ability to deliver within deadlines.
- Has the ability to take initiative and make sound judgement and decisions within applicable scope, procedures and guideline
- Quick to learn, adapt and has an initiative to suggest improvements in work policies or processes.
- Can coordinate and communicate well with internal and external overseas partners and counterparts.
- Can work with minimal to limited supervision.
- Has business and result oriented mind set.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and can communicate in all levels.
- Motivated to facilitate and contribute to the company's growth.
- Amenable to work in Makati and willing to work onsite.
- Has good understanding, administration, and navigation of Computer Based Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and ERP.
- Experience in Maximo Administration is required
- Proficient within building and developing functional hierarchy structure and different planned maintenance tasks in CMMS systems.
- Qualified for facilitation of Consequence Clarification and FMECA analysis.
- Knowledge of Barrier Management and Barrier testing regime
- Proven knowledge of change management and operational processes.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting Mechanical and Electrical Detailed Drawings, Block diagrams and P&ID
- Has a proven knowledge in maintenance program engineering and understanding relevant rules and regulation and applicable standards related to this work
Your Mission
- Participate in internal or external projects related to operational preparation or modifications of existing units regards to establishing or modifying the CMMS system.
- Responsible for managing and overseeing implementation, database set-up, security, maintenance and customization of user-interface.
- Execute continuous improvements initiatives and case handling within CMMS according to workflow.
- Allocate and update analysis and basic data to functional hierarchies according to workflow.
- Follow up technical deliveries.
- Assist CMMS / ERP System Administrator Maintenance with follow up and assistance of end users within IFS.
- Responsible in communicating and collaborating regularly with Team lead, internal / external customer, and / or project manager to inform the report status and possible deviations.
- Contribute to further developing IFS Maintenance support model in Manila
- Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
