Job Description
Purpose of the Job
Working closely with the Senior Manager, Manager and Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of client deliverables, build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued success of the team. You'll be involved in a broad range of activities, including accounting, GST, corporate tax and payroll services, while helping to drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage and deliver accounting, payroll, GST, corporate tax and XBRL compliance requirements, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and within statutory deadlines.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts, as well as financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and other applicable reporting frameworks.
- Support the onboarding of new clients by coordinating the transfer of accounting, tax, GST and payroll records and ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients, auditors and internal stakeholders, acting as a reliable point of contact and responding to queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with audit processes by preparing supporting documentation and liaising with auditors to facilitate the timely completion of audits.
- Work closely with the Senior Manager, Manager and Assistant Manager to support team objectives, monitor performance and contribute to the achievement of operational targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency and contribute to the delivery of an exceptional client experience.
- Support the wider team with ad hoc assignments and projects as required, contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
- Currently pursuing a professional qualification such as ACCA or ISCA would be an advantage.
- 1 to 2 years' experience in client accounting or a similar role, ideally within the business services, corporate services or advisory sector.
- Good understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), ACRA, MOM, CPF and relevant tax regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experienced in using accounting software such as Xero, Navision or QuickBooks.
- Experience preparing financial statements for trust structures and related entities would be beneficial.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Effective communicator with a client-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
