  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, eliminate manual touchpoints, reduce operational risks, and improve client experience across the payment value chain.

  • Conduct impact assessments and drive implementation of emerging payment capabilities, industry standards, and market developments to ensure the Bank remains competitive and future-ready in the evolving payments landscape.

  • Establish and monitor transformation performance metrics, including productivity gains, STP improvements, control enhancements, service quality, and cost efficiencies to measure business value realization and support strategic decision-making.

  • Represent Group Payment Operations in strategic forums, industry working groups, and cross-functional transformation programmes, advocating operational requirements and influencing the successful delivery of payment initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain the Payments Transformation roadmap, ensuring initiatives are prioritized, governed, and executed in alignment with business strategy, regulatory expectations, and market developments.

  • Leverage AI, data analytics, digitisation tools, workflow insights, and transformation metrics to identify process gaps, shape automation opportunities, and deliver measurable uplift in efficiency, controls, resilience, and service performance across Payment Operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Payments, Banking Operations, Transformation, Change Management, or related functions.
