About this role

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to own the creation of all visual marketing assets across print and digital. You’ll bring our brand to life through adverts, social media content, brochures, event visuals, case studies, product promotions and more. Working closely with our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll ensure our visuals are consistent, engaging and effective across every channel. Experience with videography and motion content would be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Production

  • Design creative assets for digital channels, including social media graphics, web banners, email headers and digital adverts
  • Create and update print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, exhibition stands, and other collateral
  • Develop visuals for case studies, whitepapers, product sheets and presentations.
  • Produce on-brand artwork for product promotions, campaigns and launches
  • Ensure all materials are aligned with brand guidelines and visual identity

Campaign & Content Support

  • Translate campaign concepts into clear, visually impactful designs for multiple formats and channels
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to understand content plans and deliver assets to support them
  • Adapt and resize artwork for different platforms and formats while maintaining design quality

Brand Development & Consistency

  • Help evolve and maintain the brand’s visual style and guidelines
  • Ensure consistency of look and feel across all touchpoints (online, print, events)
  • Create and maintain design templates (presentations, social posts, documents) for wider team use

Events & Exhibitions

  • Design event visuals including stand graphics, backdrops, banners, signage and handouts
  • Create event-specific campaign assets such as invitations, social media graphics and follow-up materials

Videography & Motion (Highly Advantageous)

  • Plan, shoot and edit short-form video content for web, social media and events (e.g. promos, interviews, product showcases).
  • Create simple motion graphics/animated assets where required (e.g. animated titles, social ads).
  • Optimise video content for different channels and formats.

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to prioritise and schedule design work in line with the content calendar.
  • Take clear design briefs, ask the right questions and manage feedback rounds efficiently.
  • Prepare artwork for print and liaise with external suppliers/printers where required.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a graphic design role, ideally within a marketing or agency environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of print and digital design work
  • Proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g. Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; or equivalent)
  • Experience in creating social media assets, digital adverts and marketing collateral
  • Understanding of preparing artwork for print (bleed, margins, colour profiles, file formats)
  • Strong layout, typography and visual storytelling skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to brand guidelines and deadlines

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with videography: filming, editing and basic sound/lighting
  • Familiarity with video and motion tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)
  • Experience working with B2B/B2C marketing teams and campaign-led design
  • Basic understanding of how design impacts performance across digital channels (click-through, engagement, etc.)

Personal Attributes

  • Creative thinker with a practical, delivery-focused mindset
  • Collaborative and comfortable working closely with marketing colleagues and stakeholders
  • Organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly on concepts
  • Passionate about design trends, branding and continuous improvement
