About the Role:
As a Manufacturing Shift Supervisor with Pavestone you are responsible for:
- Being Adaptable to the Needs of the Day
- Delegating Tasks to Your Teams
- Overseeing Manufacturing Production
- Training Team Members on How to Use Equipment and Safety Guidelines
- Reporting Any Safety Incidents/Lack of Cooperation to Management
- Detecting Defects in Machinery
- Adjusting and Set-Up Machinery According to Specification
- Meeting Quality Control Standards
- Determining Hiring, Firing, and Disciplinary Needs with Management
