Wir suchen Vorsteiger! Als Sales Rep. (m/w/d) für die Region Mitte- und Ostdeutschland, sorgst du dafür, dass Dynafit und Pomoca bei unseren Kunden und Endverbrauchern die erste Wahl in Sachen Ausrüstung für Trailrunning und Bergsport ist. Dein Vertriebsgebiet umfasst u. a. Nordbayern, Hessen, Thüringen und Sachsen. Der bevorzugte Wohnort sollte im Vertriebsgebiet liegen.
Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Vertrieb von Dynafit und Pomoca Produkten (Sommer und Winter)
• Neukundengewinnung und –Beratung
• Auf- und Ausbau intensiver Kundenbeziehungen mit Blick auf unsere Verkaufsstrategien und Umsatzziele
• Durchführung von Produktschulungen für unsere Kunden
• Teilnahme an Events und Messen
• Marktbeobachtung/Wettbewerbsanalyse
Dein Profil:
- Du hast Kontakte im Sportfachhandel und verfügst über gute Marktkenntnisse
• Der Wohnort sollte entsprechend im Schwerpunkt des Vertriebsgebietes liegen
• Trailrunning und Outdoor-Sportarten sowie Skitourengehen sind Deine Passion und Du kannst andere mitreißen
• Neben Deiner Vertriebserfahrung bringst Du auch sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit, trittst überzeugend auf und verfügst über fließende Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
• Im Umgang mit Kunden beweist Du großes Geschick – Eigenmotivation und hohe Reisebereitschaft sind für Dich selbstverständlich
